Cancellation Policy
• Any request for cancellation to be made within 1 hour from the time of order confirmation.
• Once the order is cancelled, we will initiate the refund within the next 48 hours.
• Once dispatched the order cannot be cancelled.
• You have 6 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Refund options

If DS SPICES is unable to deliver your order, then a complete refund will be made. We do not take responsibility if the delivery is delayed or not delivered by the vendors because of bad weather or any other unexpected circumstances. However, for such orders, we refund 100% of your money. All payments for a refund of the Transaction Price shall be done within 7 days as follows and in accordance with the provisions contained herein and applicable laws in India, particularly the directions issued by the Reserve Bank of India from time to time for opening and operation of accounts and settlement of payments for electronic payment transactions.

Refund amount will be credited back original mode of payment with in 8-10 days

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Also, please keep in mind that the regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

If Return is accepted the process will be completed with in 8-10 business days
